For vegetable goulash with mushrooms, chop onion and fry in butter. Add thyme, marjoram and bay leaf and fry briefly.
Add paprika powder, fry and deglaze with a splash of vinegar. Pour in water and add bouillon cubes. Meanwhile, dice the vegetables, add to the pot and simmer.
Clean and slice the mushrooms, add to the vegetables and cook for a few more minutes.
Mix the crème fraîche with the flour, stir into the vegetable goulash, bring to the boil, season with pepper and salt if necessary.
