Instructions:

For the strawberry cupcakes, first cut the strawberries into small pieces. Save a few of them so you can decorate at the end. Separate the eggs and beat the whites to snow.

Mix the yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and buttermilk together and mix with the egg whites. Carefully fold in the strawberry pieces. Now add the flour and baking powder.

Pour the batter into cupcake molds and bake for about 15 at 180 degrees. Then let them cool down. For the frosting, soften the butter and then mix everything together.

Put the frosting in the fridge for about an hour. Then fill into a piping bag and squirt onto the cupcakes.
