Instructions:

Make a shortcrust pastry from all the ingredients. Use three quarters of it to line a cake springform pan.

For the topping, cream butter and sugar, add vanilla sugar, vanilla pudding, egg yolks and Schichtkäse (20%) (curd cheese also works), whip egg whites to stiff peaks and stir in last.

Fill the topping into the mold and spread the rest of the batter evenly as crumbs on top.

Bake at 180 degrees on the 2nd rack from the bottom for about 60 minutes.
