Try this delicious pasta dish:

Melt butter in a saucepan. Steam onions & garlic in it. Add diced gorgonzola and mozarella to saucepan. Keep stirring until cheese is dissolved. Add the whipped cream, stirring all the time. If the sauce gets too hot, unsightly flakes will form! Season with salt and pepper. Cook pasta on the stove as usual. While still warm, mix cheese and pasta sauce together. Next, add in the pecorino and parmesan . Dress up with herbs.
