Instructions:

Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cook the pasta in salted water until done. Cut leek in half lengthwise, rinse and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Melt some light butter, sauté leek strips in it (approx. 5 min), season with nutmeg, pepper and salt. Cut ham into strips. Mix leek, ham and noodles and fill into a shallow gratin dish. Grate cheese and form over the pasta mixture. Mix whipped cream, a little spices, eggs, milk together, form over the cheese. Bake at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
