Instructions:

For the nut liqueur, slice green nuts and peeled ginger. Peel the zest of an organic lemon with a peeler, put all the ingredients in a wide jar, cover with fruit brandy and leave to infuse for 6 weeks in a sunny place.

Boil sugar in red wine (or water) and add the syrup to the mixture. Leave to infuse for another 2 days, strain and bottle the nut liqueur.

Preparation Tip:

The nut liqueur is a nice souvenir.
