Mix well curd cheese and sour cream.
Peel the onion and cucumber, wash the bell bell pepper and remove the stalk. Finely dice everything, the pickles as well.
Chop the parsley, cut the chives into fine rolls. Wash the capers and anchovies, cut into cubes.
Stir all ingredients and the soft butter into the curd. Season with pepper, salt, cumin and paprika.
Preparation Tip:
The Liptauer spread is very tasty even without capers. You can also omit the anchovies. If you like it spicier, add some hot paprika.
