For crispy sticks, first crumble the yeast and dissolve in the beetroot juice.

Knead with the remaining ingredients to a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about half an hour.

Remove 30 equal pieces of dough and roll out into thin bars. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the dough sticks on it. Bake the crispy sticks in the preheated oven at 230 °C hot air for about 6-7 minutes until crispy.
