For the coconut pralines, mix the butter until fluffy and add the egg yolks. Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Add the remaining ingredients except the almonds and mix well. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
In the meantime, toast half of the coconut flakes without adding fat and let cool. Form balls from the dough with the help of 2 tsp (it is best to put on silicone gloves). Stick half an almond into the dough. Then turn in coconut flakes and refrigerate the coconut chocolates.
