For the broccoli pan with mince, cut the carrots into thin slices, the spring onion into rings and divide the broccoli into small florets.
Salt and pepper the minced meat. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince briefly, then add the spring onion and carrots.
Then fry the broccoli as well. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Add paprika powder, salt, pepper, very little garlic and oregano (or other favorite herbs). Pour in water and stir in the piece of bouillon cube.
Simmer the whole thing over medium heat for another 5-10 minutes, until the broccoli is firm to the bite. Finally, season the broccoli pan to taste.
Preparation Tip:
If you want a little more sauce, you can stir in a dash of whipped cream or Cremefine. The broccoli pan with minced meat also tastes very good if you melt about 100 g of grated mozzarella in it.
