Butter, yeast, flour, milk and honey knead well together. Let the dough rise for 15-20 min.
Finely grind the nuts, mix well with whipped cream, honey and spices.
Roll out dough 40x50cm), brush the nut mixture evenly. Roll up the dough, bend it into a ring and brush it with egg milk. Place the wreath on a greased baking tray, score it several times and let it rise for 10-15 minutes.
Bake at 180 °C -200 °C for about half an hour.
