Try this delicious cake recipe:

powdered sugar o. chocolate icing.

Beat egg yolks with sugar, a little lemon zest and cocoa powder until creamy. Mix oat flakes with baking powder and add to the mousse form with the nuts and sauerkraut. Then fold in the stiffly beaten snow and form into two greased molds.

Bake at 180YC for one hour, remove from oven, turn out and after cooling dust with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate icing.
