Mix the flour, salt, butter, sugar, psyllium husks and vanilla in a food processor with the K-hook until homogeneous.
Then add the water and mix briefly until a soft dough is formed. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Then roll out, put in a mold, fill according to recipe and desire and bake for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
