1. preheat the kitchen stove to 220 °C. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible to a round plate of approx. 32 cm dia. onto a greased baking tray or (later) onto a heated pizza stone. Place the lemon slices on the dough in the shape of a roof tile or slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Place pizza in kitchen oven or on pizza stone.
2. bake lemon pizza for 15-20 minutes, until dough is nicely browned and crispy. If the lemon slices singe too quickly, cover with foil in the meantime.
Remove pizza from heat and cool. Spread crème fraîche over lemon topping and drizzle caviar over top. Cut pizza into thin pie pieces and bring to table.
