For the ham and cheese toast, place the two slices of toast side by side. Place 1-2 slices of beef ham on each side. Place the cheese on one side.
Fold and bake in a mini oven at approx. 200 °C. After about 3 minutes, turn the toast and brown the toast again for about 3 minutes. The baking time depends very much on the mini oven.
If you like, you can spread a little butter on the inside and outside of the toast slices beforehand.
Serve the ham and cheese toast with ketchup.
