For the nougat-peach cream, mix low-fat yogurt with Mascarino.
Loosely mix the nut-nougat cream, peaches, pistachios and crumbled wafers with the yogurt mixture so that a marbling remains.
Fill the nougat-peach cream into glasses, so it looks especially decorative.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of pistachios, you can also use brittle for the nougat peach cream.
