For the strawberry brandy, crush the strawberries and put them in a wide-mouthed bottle with 400 g of sugar. Add the brandy, mix well and leave to infuse for 4 weeks at room temperature, shaking daily.
Then strain the juice through a cloth. Boil the water with the remaining sugar and boil for 5 minutes, add the strawberry liqueur and pour into clean glasses.
